Ticket Purchase Privacy Policy

This covers the details you hand over specifically when you buy a ticket, give a donation or take a sponsorship for FeastCon Visayas. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.

What a purchase asks of you

Your name, email address and mobile number. For a sponsorship, the organisation to be credited. If you buy several tickets you may also give the names of the people attending — that is optional, and you can send them later.

What we do with it

• Send your ticket and your receipt.
• Admit you at the door — a ticket is scanned once and cannot be reused.
• Reach you if something goes wrong with your order, or if the event moves.
• Credit the servant who invited you, if one did.
• Keep the financial record the event is required by law to keep.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you bought a ticket. If you want to hear about future events you will be asked, separately and plainly.

Card details

We never receive them. Payment happens on PayMongo’s own page, and what reaches us is confirmation that a payment cleared, plus a reference number. There is no card number anywhere in our systems to lose.

Who else sees your purchase

The organising team, PayMongo for the payment itself, and our email provider to deliver the ticket. Nobody else. A servant who invited you sees that a sale happened and a shortened form of your name — never your email address or your phone number.

How long it is kept

The order and payment record is kept for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require. Attendee names and contact details are deleted twelve months after the event.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see what we hold, correct it, get a copy, or have it erased where we are not required to keep it. Write to contact@kerygmaconference.com. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
