Terms & Conditions

Draft. Philippine counsel should read this before tickets go on sale.

These terms apply when you buy a ticket, give a donation or take a sponsorship for FeastCon Visayas, 28–29 November 2026, at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel. Buying anything on feastvisayas.com means you accept them.

The organiser

Tickets

A ticket admits one person for the sessions it covers. Each ticket carries a code that is scanned once at the door — once it has been used it cannot be used again, including by someone else holding the same email.

Prices are in Philippine pesos and include any taxes that apply. The price charged is the price shown on the payment page at the moment you pay.

A ticket is only confirmed once our payment provider tells us the payment cleared. Reaching the confirmation screen is not by itself proof of payment, and closing the page is not proof of failure — the receipt in your email is the record.

Youth tickets require valid proof of age at the door. Admission may be refused without it, and no refund is due in that case.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts to the event and are not refundable except where stated in our Refund Policy. A donation buys no seat, and gives no right of admission.

Sponsorships

A sponsorship package delivers the benefits listed against it at the time you bought it. Where a benefit depends on materials from you — a logo, artwork, a printed page — we need those by the deadline we give you, and we cannot deliver a benefit we did not receive materials for in time.

If the event changes

If we move the date or the venue, your ticket carries over to the new one. If you cannot attend the new date, our Refund Policy applies. If we cancel the event outright, ticket holders are refunded in full.

Conduct

We may refuse admission, or ask someone to leave, where their behaviour puts others at risk or seriously disrupts the event. No refund is due in that case.

Photography

The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you accept that you may appear in that footage and that it may be used to promote future events. Tell a member of the team on the day if you would rather not appear, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering the event as described. We are not responsible for your travel or accommodation costs, or for belongings you leave at the venue. Nothing here limits any liability that Philippine law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Cebu City.
