Refunds & Cancellations

The refund window and whether tickets may be transferred are the organiser's decisions and still need confirming.

We would rather you came than got your money back, so where we can help you attend instead, we will. This page says plainly what happens when you cannot.

If you cancel

• More than 30 days before the event — full refund, less the payment provider’s fee, which they do not return to us.
• Between 30 and 7 days before — 50% refund, or transfer the full value to another person at no charge.
• Within 7 days of the event — no refund, but you may still transfer your ticket to someone else.

To cancel or transfer, email contact@kerygmaconference.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the same payment method and usually take 5 to 10 banking days.

If we cancel

If the event is cancelled, ticket holders are refunded in full, including the payment fee. If it is moved, your ticket carries over automatically; if the new date does not suit you, tell us within 14 days of the announcement and we will refund you in full.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice for the same order, or paid for something you did not mean to buy, email contact@kerygmaconference.com. We refund those in full, without argument and without the fee deduction.

Donations

Donations are gifts and are not normally refundable. If you gave by mistake — the wrong amount, or twice — tell us within 7 days and we will put it right.

Sponsorships

A sponsorship may be cancelled for a full refund up to 45 days before the event. After that, any part of the package already produced — printed material, artwork placed, signage made — is deducted, and the rest refunded.

No-shows

A ticket that is not used on the day is not refundable. Sessions are also recorded where the speaker permits, and where recordings exist we will share them with ticket holders.
