Privacy Policy

Written for Shepherd's Voice Radio and Television Foundation Inc.. A Philippine data-privacy practitioner should read it before the event opens for sale.

This policy explains what we collect when you buy a ticket, give a donation or take a sponsorship for FeastCon Visayas, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

Who is responsible

Shepherd's Voice Radio and Television Foundation Inc., of 60 Chicago St. Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines 1109, is the personal information controller for feastvisayas.com. Questions about this policy go to contact@kerygmaconference.com.

What we collect

When you buy or give, we collect your name, email address and mobile number, and for sponsorships the organisation you want credited. If you buy several tickets you may also give us the names of the people attending.

We record what you bought and what it cost. We do not collect or store card numbers — those are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our systems.

If you arrive through a servant’s share link we store that servant’s code in your browser for 30 days, so their referral can be credited. It identifies the servant, not you.

Why we collect it

To send you your ticket and receipt, to admit you at the door, to answer you if something goes wrong with your order, to credit the servant who referred you, and to keep the financial records the event is required to keep.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the site work, and only the part each one needs:

• PayMongo — takes the payment. They receive your name, email and the amount. They handle the card details we never see.
• Supabase — stores the database.
• Vercel — runs the website.
• Resend — delivers your ticket and receipt by email.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing. Servants who referred you see that a sale happened and a shortened form of your name — never your email address or phone number.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for the period Philippine tax and accounting rules require. Attendee names and contact details are kept for twelve months after the event, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, object to how we use it, ask for a copy, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. Write to contact@kerygmaconference.com and we will answer within fifteen working days.

If you are not satisfied you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Keeping it safe

Access to buyer details is limited to the organising team. The database refuses to release them to anyone else, including the public website itself, and every change to prices, rates or payouts is recorded with who made it.
